You have 14 days from the day you pay to change your mind and get the full payment back.

How to get your money back
- Open Plan for your server in your FiveSpoof account.
- Press Withdraw and get a refund. The button is under your plan for 14 days after the payment.
- Confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
You can also withdraw by messaging us on our Discord within the same 14 days. Tell us which server it is about.
If the same payment method was already refunded on another FiveSpoof account, the button does not refund straight away. We check that withdrawal by hand before the money goes back.
What happens then
- The full payment goes back to the card you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 days.
- You get a receipt for the refund by email.
- The plan ends and protection on that server switches off at once.
- A subscription is cancelled, so nothing more is charged.
- If the payment was for moving a lifetime plan to a bigger tier, you get that payment back. If it was for a monthly plan on top of a lifetime plan, you get everything paid for that monthly plan back. Either way the server returns to the lifetime tier it had, and protection stays on.
Who it applies to
Everyone, in every country, for monthly and one time payments alike. Consumers in the European Union have this as a legal right of withdrawal. We give the same 14 days to everybody else.
By paying you ask us to start the service straight away. Withdrawing within 14 days still returns the full payment, and we do not charge for the days you used.
After the 14 days
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- Payments for a period that has started are not refunded after the 14 days, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
- If we end the service or change the terms and you do not accept the change, we refund the unused part of the period.
Buying again after a refund
An account that has withdrawn from a purchase cannot start a new one by itself. Write to us and we open payments for the account again. This is there so that the 14 days are not used over and over as free periods.
Disputed payments
If something is wrong with a charge, write to us first. We refund faster than a card dispute does. A payment that is disputed with the card issuer ends the license for that server at once.
